This page is currently for use by the CME Department as we work on the best way to create electronic submission of attendance.  Once we've worked out the bugs (or as many as we can fix), you will be able to submit your CME attendance on-line.  In the meanwhile, please do not follow any of the links on this page.  They aren't attached to any real CME programs.
