For allopathic applicants, osteopathic applicants who have completed an osteopathic internship and international medical graduates (IMGs): Applications and the following documents are accepted throughERASElectronic Residency Application Service (ERAS)

  • USMLE results or COMLEX results
  • Letters of recommendation (3)
  • Personal statement
  • Medical school transcript
  • Dean's Letter
  • Recent photo (optional)
  • Curriculum Vitae (optional)
  • ECFMG Status Report (if applicable)

Osteopathic students seeking an osteopathic internship with an internal medicine focus apply to the MSU/KCMS Osteopathic Internship Program.

A typical interview day is structured so you’ll meet with residents and faculty, tour the MSU/KCMS facilities and local hospitals and gain a feel for life in Kalamazoo.
